Full Course Information
Our Islamic Studies Course is designed to teach the basics every person, male or female, 11 years and older, must know to carry out their individual duty as a Muslim.
Hadrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said; “The seeking of knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim.” [Sunan Ibn Maajah – 224]
Religious duty can be divided into two kinds: Individual Duty and Communal Duty.
Every Muslim has an individual duty, so is therefore, as a minimum, required to seek sufficient knowledge to carry out that duty. It will also give students a firm foundation in the core sciences of Islamic Studies within the bounds of Ahl’ al-Sunnah.
This is a low commitment course, fees are £370 for the full 38 weeks plus the £25 student pack. Students will be given a small amount of weekly reading to complete in preparation for their classes.
